Trina Ramirez joined the Office of Undergraduate Studies in July 2016 as the special assistant for student success analytics. She continues to work as the senior principal analyst in the Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP), where she has worked since 2011. Her expertise in using data mining techniques and predictive analytics, partnered with over 12 years of experience working with first year college students in transition, inform KU’s retention and progression practices. Trina earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education from Iowa State University. She also holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, both from the University of Kansas.

Undergraduate Studies is committed to creating and promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment, in our offices, through our programming, and throughout our services supporting students.
