Leah Nicholson serves as the Financial Retention Coordinator. In this role, she researches, designs, recommends, and implements university-wide initiatives intended to increase the graduation rates of students while emphasizing student financial success.  Prior to joining Undergraduate Studies, Leah served as a Financial Aid Counselor with Financial Aid & Scholarships at the University of Kansas. She earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Psychology and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration, both from KU.
