The KU Adidas Leadership Scholars program is built around seven critical components that are designed to help you get a jump-start on your academic career and help guide you towards the ultimate goal: graduation. The program is open to incoming freshmen who are Pell-grant eligible or identify as the first generation in their family to attend or graduate from college.

  1. On-campus summer coursework (Summer Success Academy)
  2. Community of scholars
  3. One-on-one academic advising and success coaching
  4. Peer mentoring
  5. Career coaching
  6. Summer opportunities with possible funding (experiential learning)
  7. Local and global professional mentors
